Debt Reduction is calculated as the difference between the balance of the debt at the time of enrollment minus the settlement amount. Total Debt Reduction is the debt reduction of all your settled accounts.
First/Next Settlement Date is an estimation of when you should expect to get your first or next settlement. The timing and sequencing of negotiations depends on factors such as debt amount, creditor policies, the amount of funds available in your Dedicated Account, and more, so this date is only an estimate.
Enrolled Debt Resolved refers to the sum of all settled accounts that have been paid off, based on the balance at the time of enrollment.
Deposits Remaining is the dollar amount of deposits needed to reach graduation. Until all accounts have been settled, this amount is estimated.
Program Deposit is your regularly scheduled draft for the Turnbull Law Group program (excluding any additional drafts).
Turnbull Program Deposits is the sum of all the deposits you made (or the estimated amount you will make) into your Dedicated Account, which are applied to payments to creditors, Turnbull fees and account processor fees.
Making Minimum Payments is the estimated amount you would have paid to your creditors if you had continued making minimum payments on your enrolled accounts. It is calculated as the sum of: (i) 1% of the enrolled balance of each enrolled account, and (2) the periodic monthly interest (based on an average interest rate of 18%) for your enrolled accounts.
Turnbull Graduation Date is an estimation of when we expect your debts to be resolved, which is based on the balance of your accounts at the time of enrollment, historic data as to the average settlement percentages from different creditors, and the Turnbull fees to be paid. The Estimated Graduation Date is recalculated with actual settlement data as we obtain settlements and as payments get posted for each settlement on enrolled accounts.
